The IGAADCP02B is a general-purpose two-channel analog-to-digital converter with 10-bit resolution. The sampling rate is up to 80Mhz. The converted digital code is represented by unsigned binary. The IGAADCP02B contains two sample/hold circuits, and two 10-bit ADC. Two reference voltages VREFP, VREFN are used to define the ADC input full swing. The analog input of ADC is differential 1Vppd. Power down mode is available to disable the ADC and reduce the current consumption of this IP. The IGAADCP02B is fabricated in TSMC 90nm 1P6M 3.3V/1.2V logic low power CMOS process. This IP can support 1P6M, 1P7M and 1P8M layout in 90nm CMOS process. The supply voltage 1.2V is used for ADC circuit.
