The Consumer Electronics Control (HDMI-CEC) is a bi-directional serial bus designed to control multiple HDMI devices with a single remote-control. It allows users to control devices connected through HDMI from a single node. HDMI-CEC core is compliant with HDMI CEC 1.4b and HDMI CEC 2.0. HDMI CEC IP is proven in FPGA environment. The host interface of the HDMI CEC can be simple interface or can be AMBA APB, AMBA AHB, AMBA AXI, VCI, OCP, Avalon, PLB, Tilelink, Wishbone or Custom protocol.
