It is a low power multi-mode connectivity radio IP compliant with version 5.2 of the Bluetooth core specification. It supports Bluetooth BR/EDR, LE 1 Mb/s and 2 Mb/s and Bluetooth long range 500 kb/s and 125 kb/s. It is a complete radio + modem (PHY) designed for manufacturing in the TSMC 22 nm ULP/ULL process employing a WL-CSP package.
The Ultra-Low-Power DM RF transceiver IP is designed to meet 2.4 GHz standards like Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR), Bluetooth Low Energy, 802.15.4 PHY Layer (e.g. ZigBee), and proprietary standards.
This DM IP targets by far the lowest power consumption
(<3 mW) together with state-of-the-art performances (sensitivity, interferers rejection) and with minimal cost.
