The AN10P5LP is a custom mixed-signal CMOS core, low-power, multi-channeled, 10-bit, 500 KSPS analog- to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a 1.8V analog supply and 1.2V digital supply. The analog inputs to the AN10P5LP are single-ended with a conversion range between GND and a user defined reference voltage (REF). The converter includes a high-bandwidth linear sample-and-hold (S&H). Proprietary 'conversion complete' circuitry to allow automatic shut-off of the ADC and minimize power consumption
